*The last day to make a reservation and receive the conference rate is September 9, 2009. A deposit equal to one nights’ room and tax is required to hold each guest’s reservation. Rental Cars
Approximately 40 rental car companies operate out of LAX, with vehicle rental sites located off the airport. Many of these rental car companies provide phone links inside or near the baggage claim areas on the Lower/Arrival Level of the terminals so travelers can request a free shuttle pick up to reach the rental car sites.
Customers of other rental car should contact their rental car of choice using the Ground Transportation Telephone Boards in baggage claim areas of each terminal to arrange for pick-up.

San Diego Airport Shuttle
NYWC Conference participants receive a discounted rate off the round trip fare from the airport to your hotel through Cloud 9 Super Shuttle. The shuttle runs to/from the airport hotels located on Hotel Circle. The NYWC discounted price is $10 one way/$20 round trip for Town and Country Guest’s and $11 one way/$22 round trip for guests at other hotels located on Hotel Circle.

Rental Cars
There are several companies to choose from for rental car options in baggage claim area 1 and 2. Use the courtesy phone to request shuttle pick up of the company of your choice. Once reservations have been made proceed outside to the Ground Transportation Center. Car rental shuttles regularly operate at the Terminal 1 center traffic aisle and at the traffic island at the far west end of Terminal 2.

Amor Ministries is offering a FREE day trip to build a home for a family in great need in Tijuana, Mexico. Amor Ministries has been building homes in Tijuana to eradicate physical poverty and show God’s love for 30 years!
Day trips to build are available October 1, 2, and 3. Trips depart at 7:00 AM and will return at 5:00 PM. Amor will provide your transportation to Mexico and the job site, building instruction, lunch, mission trip Bible study, and transportation back to the convention – For FREE! All you need is your passport and work clothes!
