Make the National Youth Workers Convention a training weekend for you and your team. Come a day early to participate in one of our 6-hour Critical Concerns Courses. Get in-depth training on issues that matter to you and your ministry.

NEW this year!

• Join a “Car Pool” and sign up in advance to follow a track of seminars with other people you want to hang out with during NYWC. Info coming soon!


• Make your training what you want it to be! Sign up for an “Open Source” seminar and contribute to the content and direction of the session. Look for the icon in the seminar listings, and on two of our CCCs.


• Join a “Cohort” and experience four pre-selected seminars with the same group. You’ll have more opportunities to interact with people who you have something in common with. If you’re in your first two years of YM or you’ve been in YM for eight or more years, we’ve got a cohort for you! Look for the icons in the seminar listings.


• We’ve created NEW Seminar Tracks this year, allowing you to choose to follow a track to specialize in one area, or hop around to whatever interests you most. See the complete list of tracks and their symbols here.
