Lisa Arrindell Anderson, was born and raised in New York City and attended the High School of
Performing Arts and The Juilliard School. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre
and enjoys a successful career as an actor in film, television and on stage. Most recently, she appeared
on Broadway as “Mae” in the hit revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof starring James Earl Jones and Terrence
Howard. Lisa has had the pleasure of having leading roles in such films as Tyler Perry’s Medea’s Family
Reunion, The Second Chance, starring Christian music recording artist Michael W. Smith, A Lesson

on the true story of a man wrongfully incarcerated for twenty‐two years.
Her steady gig is as the wife to Basil, for over fifteen years, and the mom to Jacob Elijah and
Jordan Elizabeth…the fringe benefits with this group are amazing!!! Lisa also has the extraordinary
opportunity each month to serve as a Bible story teller in the elementary school ministry, Upstreet, at
NorthPoint Community Church in Alpharetta Georgia; it is that job that has redefined all the others in
her life.
